Exceptions — Refunds May Be Issued Only in the Following Cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Technical billing issue originating from our systems
  • Payment processed but access not granted within 3 business days

  • Proof of payment
  • Detailed description of the issue

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
